CONNECT FOR HEALTH COLORADO ENROLLMENT HELP

Picture
You can choose National Benefits Consultants to help you navigate Connect for Health Colorado, compare health plans, and complete your enrollment.  Designating Timothy Noel as your broker connects your account with our assistance. We can help you review doctors, prescriptions, plan costs, and available financial assistance so you can make an informed coverage decision.

Sign In or Create Your Account

Visit connectforhealthco.com and select Login.

If you already have an account, sign in with your existing username and password. If you cannot access it, use the account-recovery options rather than creating a duplicate account.

If you are new, select Create a New Account and follow the prompts. If offered a guided introduction, you can choose the option to create your account directly.

Complete the required information, save your login details securely, and sign back in if prompted.

Choose Timothy Noel as Your National Benefits Broker

Once you are signed in:
  1. Select Get Assistance, then Find Expert Assistance in Your Community.
  2. Under Help from a Broker, select Find a Broker.
  3. Enter NOEL in the Broker Name/Agency field, or search using license number 9724.
  4. Find Timothy Noel, who may appear as Timothy J Noel, and select More Details.
  5. Select Authorize, review the authorization language, and complete the confirmation.
  6. Return to Get Assistance and confirm that Timothy Noel appears as your current broker.
If another broker is already assigned and you want to replace that broker with Timothy Noel, use the removal option before adding him.  Screen labels may change. If you cannot find an option or confirm the correct listing, call 720-488-9892 and we will help.

Start or Update Your Application

From your account’s welcome page, select the application for the coverage year you need. When applying for 2027 coverage, choose the 2027 application once it is available.

Confirm that Timothy Noel is listed as your broker, then work through the application prompts.

Review your personal information carefully and include everyone the application asks you to include in your tax household, even if some household members are not applying for coverage.

If you already have an application, review and update it as directed rather than starting another one unnecessarily.

Would You Like to Apply for Financial Assistance?

If you want Connect for Health Colorado to determine whether you qualify for financial assistance, select the option to apply for financial help and complete the household and income questions.

Use your best estimate of household income for the calendar year you are requesting coverage. For a 2027 application, that means expected income for January through December 2027.

Follow the application’s instructions about which income to include. If your income or household circumstances change, update your account promptly.

National Benefits Consultants can help you understand the insurance application process. Questions about how particular income or deductions should be treated may also require guidance from your tax professional.

Review Your Answers and Authorizations

Answer any life-event questions based on your actual circumstances. If you are applying outside Open Enrollment and are unsure which event applies, call us before submitting your application.  Read the declarations and permissions carefully. If the application asks whether it may check your eligibility in future years, choose the authorization period you are comfortable granting.  Follow the instructions for your electronic signature, making sure your name matches the application. Review the information for accuracy before submitting.

Review Your Results and Compare Plans With Us

After submitting your application, review the eligibility results and any requests for additional information. Select View Results and Shop, or the equivalent option shown in your account, to view available plans.
This is a good time to contact National Benefits Consultants. We can help you compare:
  • Monthly premiums after any approved financial assistance
  • Doctors, hospitals, and provider networks
  • Prescription coverage
  • Deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket limits
  • Coverage effective dates
Authorizing a broker or completing an application does not, by itself, enroll you in a health plan. Complete your plan selection, follow any documentation requirements, and pay the first premium by the insurance company’s deadline.

Need Help Along the Way?

You do not need to work through every question alone. Whether you are creating an account, designating your broker, comparing plans, or reviewing a renewal, National Benefits Consultants can help you take the next step.

Call 720-488-9892 or contact National Benefits Consultants.

To find us in your Connect for Health Colorado account, search NOEL or license number 9724 and authorize Timothy Noel.
